French Montana Talks To DJ Envy About Why He Signed With Bad Boy, Then Performs 'Shot Caller' [Video]

Bad Boy's newest signee French Montana stopped by Hip Hop Nation to chop it up with DJ Envyabout why he decided to sign with Diddy.
"I already got the streets where I need them, I needed the other world as far as branding my team. Making things happen that I couldn't reach," French told Envy. "Who's a better person to do it than Bad Boy? I just felt like Kanye to Jay to everybody--I just felt like with they're artists they're not hand to hand with it. As soon as I got with Puff a week later we're on [106 & Park]."
French then performed his smash hit "Shot Caller."
