Update: According to TheYBF the reason for the whole situation happening is because Peter Rosenberg was saying live at the Summer Jam stage that Nicki better not perform that "wack ass Starships" track.

While most of you may be tuning into Summer Jam a big surprise may come as Nicki Minaj may not be appearing. According to Lil Wayne, Young Money isn't doing Summer Jam. Tyga still performed regardless, looks like he didn't want to miss a moment.
Nicki Minaj chimed in with tweets of her own on the situation. She was retweeting fans that were taking shots at Peter Rosenberg. She wasn't trying to be disrespected.
